About Us

DIGMA Digital Marketing is an Erasmus+ funded project that aims to help improve NEET's employability by giving them appropriate education and job experience in digital marketing.


Our objectives include equipping our target group with tools and methods in digital marketing, connecting them to the European digital economy, and innovating a new learning model for Digital Marketing.


Education will focus on problem-based training and the "experienceship" model (job shadowing). With this approach, we hope to create more employable NEETs as workers in the field of digital marketing.

Kickoff in Porto!

The Kick off Meeting of the Project "DIGMA - Digital Marketing ​for NEETs", nr. 2021-1-PT02-KA220-YOU-000028838, under ​the Erasmus+ Program.


We made a first step towards the capacitation of young people ​with essential competencies for employability.

PR3: Guidebooks and Online Resources Development

1. Guidebook for Youth Workers (PR3 / A1)

  • The Guidebook aims to empower NEETs with digital ​marketing skills. Designed to help Youth Workers guide ​NEETs in acquiring digital marketing knowledge and skills. ​It focuses on practicality, adaptability, and relevance, ​ensuring the imparted skills are applicable in today's ​digital age. For youth workers, educators, and mentorsdedicated to increasing employability among NEETs.

2. Guidebook for NEETs (PR3 / A2)

  • It is a resource aimed at helping NEETs develop a dynamic ​digital marketing mindset and skills. The guidebook ​addresses NEETs' challenges and offers a pathway ​towards motivation, skill development, employability, and ​a marketing mindset. It covers digital marketing, the ​ethics of responsible marketing, and the importance of a ​marketing mindset, preparing young people for ​professional excellence in digital marketing.

3. Bite-sized E-learning Resource (PR3 / A3)

  • The DIGMA Bite-sized E-learning Resource is an ​innovative digital tool that compiles all content ​from the developed Modules into concise, easily ​digestible learning points. These bite-sized ​lessons, lasting 1 to 5 minutes, are conveniently ​delivered to users' mailboxes or social media. ​This e-learning platform is structured to display ​all project content and is freely accessible to ​Youth Workers, NEETs, or anyone interested in ​digital marketing.

PR2: DIGMA Train-the-trainers Program

1. DIGMA - Train-the-Trainers Program (PR2 / A1)

  • This program has two main goals: to enhance Youth ​Workers' understanding of digital marketing and to ​provide them with pedagogical tools for effective ​knowledge transfer. It is structured into six modules, each ​designed to build expertise in digital marketing and ​teaching skills. The program includes a blend of theory, ​practical activities, and instructional resources for youth ​workers.

2. Training for NEETs (PR2 / A2)

  • The DIGMA Training Lessons for NEETs are intended to ​help NEETs develop skills for a successful career in digital ​marketing. The lessons are organized into four modules, ​covering goal setting, time management, accountability ​groups, and digital marketing fundamentals. Each module ​includes practical exercises, real-life examples, and ​actionable tips.

3. Report on Improvements of Train-the-Trainer ​Program and Lessons for NEETs (PR2 / A4)

  • This report offers a detailed analysis of the ​Train-the-Trainers program and lessons for ​NEETs. It compiles insights from partner ​organizations, outlining key findings, participant ​feedback, and recommendations for ​enhancement. The report highlights the ​effectiveness of these programs in empowering ​NEET youth, suggesting ways to adapt and ​improve for continued positive impact in the ​digital marketing sector.
