The vision of the project

Our vision is to help improve NEET’s employability by giving them

appropriate education and job experience in the field of digital marketing.

People will get enough knowledge to be employable in companies

where they can continue their education.

Objectives

We aim to equip our target groupwith tools and methods in digital marketing

and connect them to the European digital economy - a potential employer.

The project will innovate and create a new learning model for Digital Marketing

for our target group preparing them for exactly what they need when entering the

marketplace in the field of digital marketing.

Education will be focusing on problem-based training and the “experienceship” model (job shadowing).


Strategic objectives:

  • More employable NEETs as workers in the field of digital marketing

  • Create awareness that digital marketing is needed in every sphere of life

      self-promotion, youth centre presence in the digital world and digital marketing in companies



Target Groups

Our project has an emphasis on youth workers/trainers in Youth centres bt also NGOs, employment officers or schools thatare dealing with NEETs.

NEETs who need to gain an understanding of the importance and potential of digital marketing and its practical experience and benefit from state-of-the-art digital marketing skills, tactics, theories and tools.



Results

During the project's lifetime, 4 intellectual outputs will be created by partners.

These are national surveys to formulate a report of current practices to identify gaps in current available digital marketing training. Guidebooks for Neets and youth workers.

ÇEBDER (The Association of Unity in Diversity) is a non-governmental organization that organizes educational, cultural and sporting activities in different fields. The members of the NGO are from different backgrounds and they have come together with the philosophy of lifelong learning. Members of the NGO involve stakeholders from different segments of society, including academicians, teachers, self-employed people, university and high school students. CEBDER aims to reach individuals who are in need of education to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies required for the era without paying regard to their language, religion, race or color differences by providing their active participation in national and international learning processes. In order to reach this aim, CEBDER members have been organizing training activities, social-oriented researches, awareness-raising activities, informative meetings and dissemination events in various fields according to their expertise areas.

Although it is a 3 years old NGO, leading team members have been running international projects since 2009. They have realised many Erasmus+ projects and they organised training activities towards teachers to strengthen skills and competencies of them in different areas such as:

*digital competences,

*using technology and web2 tools actively in their classrooms,

*promoting to lead a healthy life,

*dealing with stress,

*fighting against extremism,

*working on innovative ways to facilitate lives of autistic children and their parents.

Following this, the Association offers various services and promotes activities in the areas of professional

training and development of personal skills through formal and non-formal methodologies, in the areas of

entrepreneurship and innovation, and in the areas of digital skills and communication, through workshops,seminars and other learning-promoting activities.

MP Enterprise

MP Enterprise is a company based in Pula, Croatia. It has been established with a mission to provide the consumers with the best hemp products on the market for the best possible

price. The further vision is to encourage the positive perspective of industrial hemp within the society and to educate people about CBD and hemp benefits by advocating a healthy

lifestyle. One specific way this is done is by providing valuable educational blogs for the consumers on the official website.

The scope of work is marketing, sales and supply chain management within the hemp industry.

The company officially employs four people with one Marketing Management intern and five people working for its sister company (subsidiary) in Denmark. The company is currently

focused on employing more sales representatives. This is important as these employees have to be educated and trained to understand the marketing and sales process of the

business to conduct their work. This is why MP Enterprise is a valuable partner form which is expected to train and provide a lot of value for NEET’s as they progress from DIGMA

training to real life employment.

Smart Idea is a private enterprise established in 2017. Nevertheless, the company is very young, Still, people involved in the project has long years of experience in education,

development of training courses and curriculum, implementation of self-evaluation, programming of educational software and managing large scale project in the education sector all

across the Balkans (CARDS and IPA programmes).

Youthfully Yours SK is a Non-governmental organization located in Eastern part of Slovakia.

What we would like to see in our region are Ambitious & Competent young people eager to benefit their community.

In order to achieve that, we feel determined to advance young people's competences, to empower a sense of initiative & social responsibility, and to promote Active citizenship, Social

inclusion & Intercultural dialogue among young people from Eastern Slovakia.

At the local level, we focus on Youth Empowerment and the Youth's ability to participate actively in society.

We strongly believe in the value of Non-formal education and experiential learning. For these reasons, YY on regular basis organizes various seminars, educational and training

activities, cooperates with local schools, educational centers, universities, and introduces innovative educational approaches to young people, youth leaders, and youth workers.

We increase young people's awareness about available learning, volunteering and work opportunities on the local, national or international level, empower them to apply for various

educational programs, training courses, conferences, volunteering activities and internships. As a sending and an intermediary institution, we enable young people to use all of these

opportunities, moreover provide them with appropriate mentoring, and assistance.On the international level, we are part of numerous well-built partnerships and networks supported by different educational programmes and initiatives e.g. Erasmus+, Europe For

Citizens, International Visegrad Fund, European Youth Foundation, European Solidarity Corps.
